Website accessibility

Information about using the MassageNear directory, reporting an accessibility problem and checking access to a listed clinic or treatment appointment.

We aim to make MassageNear usable for people with different devices, access needs and ways of navigating. The site uses text-based listings and guides so you do not need to interpret a map or an image to find the core information.

Using the directory

Use the search and browsing links to find business information, then contact the provider directly. The directory does not require an account or an online payment. Phone numbers and website links are shown where the supplied record contains them.

Browser zoom and text settings can help you choose a comfortable reading size. Navigation, search fields and links are intended to work with a keyboard. We do not claim that the website has received an independent accessibility certification.

Tell us about a barrier

Email tom@serallo.co.uk if a page or feature is difficult to use. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what happened. If helpful, tell us the browser, device or assistive technology involved, but do not send sensitive information.

If you need information from a page in another format, explain the information and format you need. We will consider a practical way to help rather than assuming that one alternative works for everyone.

Access to a treatment appointment

Website accessibility is separate from the accessibility of a listed business. We do not independently verify clinic entrances, lifts, treatment couches, toilets, communication support or appointment adjustments.

Use the appointment accessibility checklist to ask the provider about the particular arrangements you need before travelling. An address, a photograph or a search category cannot confirm those details.

For incorrect directory information, use contact and corrections.
